Wiley was a storyteller and loved a good joke or two. When Don (Ernst) my husband, met Wiley it was like two peas in a pod. Don would tell a joke and Wiley would tell a joke. Each had a story and always tried to 'out - do' each other. Comedy Central.
Always tried to catch up with Nell and Wiley during the Holidays. Shared stories of family members and had a good laugh or two and more.
There was never a dull moment when Wiley was around. He had a great big smile and I don't think I ever saw him with a frown. His home always welcomed many people; family, friends and strangers and there was plenty of hospitality. But he was kind of in that business anyway; so what was his was yours. He was generous and kind to everyone.
He touched many hearts and the stories will continue and the memories. People like Wiley are always around in spirit. I would bet anyone, Wiley and Don are sitting somewhere in Heaven. Wiley with a Scotch and Don with Vodka! Much Love, Brenda Duvall Stott
