I was sorry to hear about the loss of your loved one. Please take comfort from the Bible’s promise of a resurrection at John 5:28 & 29. The Bible gives us the wonderful prospect of seeing our loved ones again on a paradise earth. At Psalms 37:9-11, 29 it gives us the hope of living forever on a paradise earth with our loved ones. It will be a time when Isaiah 33:24 will take place and “no resident will say ‘I am sick” On this paradise earth , Rev. 21:4 promises us that “death will be no more.” I know this may not relieve your deep grief at this time, but please take faith in God’s promises. I would like to share additional scriptures with you, if you are interested, please email me at obxclarks@yahoo.com

Dear Marion and Family, We were so sorry to hear of your loss this past Friday, yet we rejoice in the homegoing of our dear friend, your husband and father. I'm sure there is no way we can know how hard this is for any of you, but do pray that God will show up in a big way today and the days that are to come as He brings joy, comfort, peace and love that only God can give. We will always remember and cherish the memories we've shared, especially those at Buggs Island. I think it fitting that you were all packed up and ready to go there for another visit, but find it such a comfort that Junior was already packed up and ready for the final journey to his eternal home. I can't wait to see him there. If time doesn't allow us to meet again this side of eternity, I'll look forward to seeing you there as well! The apostle Paul told Timothy, "I have fought a good fight, the time of my departure is at hand..." That word departure has an interesting meaning. Throughout Scripture it has been used to describe the final launch of a ship, the final breaking of a camp, unloosing the oxen at the end of the day. Our dear friend, Junior, has broke camp for the final time, no more setting up tents. His ship has set sail for the final voyage, heaven. Our heart hurt because we know yours is hurting. Our prayer is that God's grace will indeed prove once again to be sufficient. And, His love will cover you as never before. Because we Love you! Rusty, Cheryl, and Caleb Craig Jonah and Charis Bostian
