Mike & I were employed as Troopers on the same day, June 3, 1963. Over the years we have kept in contact and I considered him a dear friend. Regardless of circumstances he always had a positive attitude. He will be sadly missed. Elaine & I had planned on attending the service today but unfortunately because of weather concerns we will be unable to do so. Our sympathy is extended to Mike's family. Cecil Handy 798 Mt.
