Frank was a great guy! He would walk through our neighborhood and would often stop to talk. I enjoyed going to some Lord Botetourt High School Football games with him and my sons. We even ran into each other a couple times at Surfside Beach. He was so friendly and encouraging and will be deeply missed! We are praying for you Susan for God's strength, comfort, and presence:) Pete Dunker, neighbor and friend
