My very favorite memory of Rick was listening to him sing “Redeemed”. He always sang with such passion and love. Rick was always a joy to be around. I will miss his hugs and sweet smile.

Little brother
My memories of you will never fade
All the adventures we had and all obstacles we overcame
They are etched in my heart and soul
You were a dreamer and always went your own way
You lived life on your terms and went out
on your own terms
You taught me so much in your short time here
and I will always appreciate it
You were always there for me and I could always count on you brother
We will meet again and for now I take solace in the fact that you have been received by Mami , Papi , Carmona and Tia Gorda in that glorious place you always spoke of.
I miss you & I love you bro this is not a goodbye
I just wanna say Hey Rick I'll be seeing ya!

Jen, our hearts are broken in the loss of Rick. He was such a wonderful person. His gift of music and how he shared it was truly a blessing to his church. We will miss the good times we had. I can hear him singing in the heavenly choir and smiling down on us. Until we meet again, go rest high on that mountain. Kathy, Chuck & Darrell

Met Rick at Fincastle Baptist church, he and his wife were the light of the church. Found out later they lived in our neighborhood. Rick's voice was such a blessing to so many people. 10,000 reasons gave us all chills when he sang it. Prayers for you Jen, and family. We love you Brenda and Richard Switzer

Rick was a friend and neighbor. Even though he faced many, many health issues himself, he always offered to lend a helping hand to both myself and Chuck. I had the privilege of hearing him sing and play the guitar at church. He was talented in so many ways. During his illness we never heard him complain. He was a gentle man and loved and served our Lord. He was a loving and dedicated husband to Jen. He will truly be missed. Rest now, sweet Rick. We will see you again. Love, Kathy and Chuck Nemeth
