Ella Frances Law, 81, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022. She was a native of Red Oak, VA and was the daughter of the late David and Marilyn Winn Newcomb.
She is survived by her sons, Donald Mullins (Donna Conner), John Mullins (Andrea Nicole); grandchildren, Carter and Ella Kate; brothers, David Newcomb, Charles Pass, Louis Pass; sister Rebecca Jackson.
