Frances was a sweet and kind person who was loved by her family and friends. In recent years before she became ill, Ella Kate was the apple of her eye. I hope she is continuing to watch from heaven the sweetness and beauty of little Ella and the talent and strength of Carter. She and Ella shared much more than just their name.
