Bill Catron was my first boss when I moved to Roanoke, Va. with the railroad. Bill took me under his wing and taught me a lot about railroad signaling. Bill’s supervisory skills always made me consider him more as a good friend instead of the boss. After being relocated several times, I always tried to stay in touch with Bill and Dottie. He will be missed greatly by his family, fellow railroaders, and friends,
