My condolences to the whole Hoer family. My childhood memories are filled with days running through the Hoer house, playing games, and feeling the love the enveloped this family. I am happy to have had such wonderful neighbors growing up, and will always cherish all my memories with this great family. Joe and Lil were the backbone of the neighborhood. I hope the family will find peace in your memories, and know I share in your grief. Love to you all. I may not see you much anymore, but you all will forever remain in my heart. Alisa Moore Colpitts
