2 Corinthian 1:3,4 gives us the assurance that "the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies" is "the God of all comfort" and he "comforts us in all our trials." James 5:11; God "is very tender in affection ["very compassionate"] and merciful." Please accept my sincere condolences. Always remember God loves you and he cares for you! (Psalm 36:7; 1 Peter 5:7)

Harry, I learned of your passing on Easter. That you joined Michelle and other members of your family on such an important day in the Church's year is not surprising because of your contributions to your community and your family. I knew you through the Knights of Columbus and our parish, Our Lady of Nazareth, and I was always amazed at your never-ending energy in the service of others.
Rest in Peace, Sir Knight, and please know that you will someday be reunited with all of your family.

To the Cheney Family,
In times of loss, we are most helped by genuine comfort, one of the greatest sources of comfort, when offered at the right time, is a consideration of Jehovah’s promises for the dead. Bible tells us that the hour is coming, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and they will be resurrected (John 5:28,29). We know that Jehovah is the God of all comfort, for he said: “I—I myself am the One that is comforting you people.” (Isaiah 51:12) Many who believe in Jehovah the God of the Bible are significantly empowered to cope with grief by embracing the hope of seeing their dead loved ones again. This wonderful video can help you to further understand the wonderful hope our loving Father Jehovah provided for us. https://www.jw.org/en/publications/videos/#en/mediaitems/docid-502017858_1_VIDEO
Regards,
Regina
