Billy was a good man. Took me under his wing and taught me everything I know about Railroading always picked me up when I was blue. I will never forget after moving to Atlanta for the 1st time him faxing me a copy of cigarette and potatoes chips and told me to take a break. I was always eating his chips and he was my smoking buddy an he and I quit about the same time. Also he sent me a lump of coal for Christmas that I still put under my tree. Joyce, Chip & Ginger you are in my prays and I am sooo sorry for your loss as it is a great loss.
