So sad for your loss. Spent a lot of days in and out of ROA and I do remember him always smiling and helpful epically in the snow and ice when our flt canceled and we were trying to get home. Bless him for his good job with the Piedmont family. Prayers to you all

My deepest condolences and prayers for comfort. Bob was very much loved by his Piedmont family and will be missed. I had hopes of coming for visitation, but due to illness, won't be able to attend.

Brenda, family, and friends,
Cindy and I are so saddened to learn of Bob's passing. While we know that he had been ill, nothing can prepare you for his loss. Bob was friends to so many people and loved by them and many more. His big heart and smile were a joy to be around.
The airport was never the same once Bob retired. He loved the people he worked with and those he was always so eager to help with their flight arrangements.
The family and especially Brenda have endured too much heartache. We pray that all of you find strength in knowing that Bob enjoyed his work and family life throughout. His love and kindness will endure.
We are sorry that we are out of town and unable to attend Bob's service but we will be praying for all of you.
May Bob's memory be a blessing for all of us.
Love,
Cindy and Miles Newman
