"Aunt" Cleo was one of the finest, intelligent, and kind people you could ever meet. It was so tough for her (and us) when Uncle Bill Passed. I would see her pretty regular at my animal hospital in West End, as she loved her pets, and we would always talk at least 30 minutes. I extend my sincere condolences to all the family. God Bless you all for loss of such a special lady.
