I worked with and for Richard when he was the Peaks/Valley District Ranger. Richard loved the Parkway and always took care of his people. He had a big heart. He will truly be missed. Please know you are in my prayers.
Fred and I are so very sorry for your loss. We thought so much of Richard. Working with him at BRP was very special. He truly loved the job and the Parkway.
