Obituary of Tony Cleveland Price

Tony Cleveland “Pastor T” Price 54 of Roanoke went to be with the Lord on Sunday March 13, 2016. His grandparents, Carl and Mildred Alderman, preceded him. Mr. Price was the manager at the first Food Lion to open in Roanoke. He was last working for Wells Fargo Bank. When he was not working, he enjoyed being a Sports Official here in the Roanoke area. He was a Youth Pastor at Rainbow Forest Baptist Church in Troutville, where he was known as Pastor T and had a passion for the youth and their testimony. Though this passion and his love for God, he touched and saved many lives. A very loving son, father, grandfather, friend, and a man of God, he will be dearly missed by all. Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Shirley Alderman; father, Garnet Price; two sons, Dustin Price, Joseph Price and fiancée Kelsey Jones; granddaughter, Madeline Grace; 3 brothers, Dino Tuck, Kimy Price and wife, Lisa, and Rodney Price; the mother of his children, Alisa Price. Along with a host of other relatives, friends, and the people of the lives he touched. A funeral service celebrating Pastor T’s life will be held 3:00pm Wednesday March 16, 2016 in Simpson Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Via officiating. Interment will follow in Tombstone Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family Wednesday March 16, 2016 from 1:00pm until service time at the funeral home. Y
