Obituary of Junius Livingston Moseley

Junius Livingston Moseley, 94, of Wilmington, NC passed away May 11,2015, at Davis Health Care Center. Mr. Moseley was born August 2, 1920 in LaCrosse, Va., youngest son of the late Edward Cleveland Moseley and Mollie Hardin Littlepage Moseley. He was preceded in death by his wife Margaret S. Moseley, brothers, Hardin, Lewis, Stuart, and William; sister, Lelia M. Minter; nephews E.H. Moseley, Jr. and N. Earl Minter, Jr.
Mr. Moseley spent most of his life in Roanoke, Va. and re-located to Wilmington, NC Feb. 2013. Mr. Moseley proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy in North Africa during WWII. He was retired from the Monroe Adding Machine Co.
Mr. Moseley is survived by two nieces, Carolyn Moseley Brumit (Jim) of Wilm., NC and Patty Moseley Jones (Chris) of Dunbar, W. Va.; nephew, W.W. Moseley, Jr. (Betty), five great nephews, four great grand nephews and three great grand nieces.
The family would like to thank the staffs of Champions Assisted Living, Davis Health Care Center, and Lower Cape Fear Hospice of Wilmington for their compassion and loving care of Mr. Moseley. Graveside services will be conducted by the Rev. L. Stanley Wright, Jr. of South Roanoke Methodist Church at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 14, 2015. Memorial donations may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, Wilm. or S. Roanoke Methodist Church, Roanoke, Va. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home (540) 366-0707
