Eleanor Dillon Brannan, 74, of Roanoke, passed away, Thursday, May 7, 2015. Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Mary Mick, first husband Howard Dillon, second husband Robert Brannan, Brother Robert Mick, Jr., and a granddaughter Faxon Dillon. She is survived by her twin sister Frances Yost of Roanoke, Va., sisters Roberta Barrett of North Carolina, and Rachael Mick, of Roanoke; children, Jeffery Dillon & family of Delaware, Robert Dillon & family of Florida, Lisa Kania & family of California, and Christina Runkles & family of Florida; aunt Eleanor Joy Lambert of Maryland; as well as numerous grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Services for Eleanor will be private. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home. (540)366-0707.
