Peggy Craft Young, 71, of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, March 19, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Dumps and Maybelle Craft and a brother-in-law, Gordon Peters. Surviving are her daughters, Melissa "Missy" Jones, Tina Young Roberts and husband Mike, April Young Plympton and husband Jimmy; grandchildren, Kara Jones, Travis Roberts, Beth Plympton, Hayley and Jason Holmes, Austin Jones, Will and Jeremiah Plympton; sister, Jackie Peters, brother, Bob Craft and wife Rheta; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Dick and Jean Young; father of the children, Butch Young and a number of nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to Angels of Assisi. A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2015 in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens by the Rev.
