Obituary of Karen Lorraine Ayers

Karen Lorraine Ayers, 59 of Roanoke left this life of pain and suffering on Saturday, December 13, 2014 and is now being held in the arms of her beloved Jesus.Left to cherish the memories of this beautiful soul, are her parents, Bobby and Phyllis Hedge Ayers, brother, David Ayers, sisters, Connie Ayers Lambert (Butch) and Cheryl Ayers; niece, Katie Johnson Broyles (Sterling), nephews, Dustin Johnson and Tanner Lambert; aunts, Shirley Mills and Brenda Hedge; uncle, William K. Craft, and many loving cousins and friends. Also a very special friend of many years, David Thompson of Salem and her Hopetree family,the Bledsoe Cottage staff and "sisters", Linda, Stephanie, Susan, Rachel, and Marcia; and her Goodwill Workshop co-workers and staff.Karen has been a dearly loved member of Hollins Road Church of the Brethren and a participant in the Sunshine Class at Grandin Road Baptist Church.
