Mary Sue Prillaman Hancock, wife of James L. (Bill) Hancock, who was born into this life in 1921, has passed on to her new life in Christ.
She is survived by her two loving daughters, four grandchildren, a sister, and eight great-grandchildren along with a legion of caring, supportive friends.
She will be welcomed by Our Lord, and Bill, her loving husband of seventy one years, her parents, sister, brother, a precious grandson, and other family members who dwell with Our Lord.
The family will continue to share "Bill and Granny" stories for years to come. We will cherish the loving wisdom that are the cornerstones of our family and will always reflect on our memories of two beautiful lives.
A croquet tournament will be held in loving memory of “Granny and Bill” by all their grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Mary's name to St. Jude's Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date
