Nettie Louise Mills Shrader, 74, of Elliston, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday, July 21, 2011. She was preceded in death by her mother, Minnie Ruby Mills; father, Irvin Ray Mills; brother, Donald Eugene Mills; and a great-grandson, Kyle Anthony Shrader. Mrs. Shrader is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Harry Wesley Shrader; sons, Roger Alan Hartless, Mark Anthony Shrader, Fred Lester Shrader and wife, Sharon; nine grandchildren; 10 greatgrandchildren; one sister, seven brothers and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to grandchildren, Ashley McCoy and Joseph Shrader for their help in care giving in her final days with the family. A memorial service will be held in her honor at the Elliston Church of God, 2 p.m., Saturday, August 13, 2011, with the Rev. Wayne Powell and the Rev. Eugene Mills Officiating. Arrangements handled by Simpson Funeral Home and Crematory, 366-0707.
