Perry Lee Dean, 83, of Roanoke passed away Wednesday, April 20, 2011. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean "Scottie" Dean and his brothers, most recently Russell Dean of Charlottesville, Va. Mr. Dean retired in 1991 from Valleydale Packers as General Manager. Surviving are his wife, Barbara B. Dean, daughter, Donna Lee Hileman, grandsons, Robert Lee Hileman and Michael Scott Hileman, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the West Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses 3359 Colonial Avenue Roanoke, Va. 24018. A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 3559 Colonial Avenue by Mr. Henry Casper. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. 366-0707
