Doris D. "NeNe" Williamson of Roanoke went home to be with the Lord Friday, January 14, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe E. Williamson, Sr. Mrs. Williamson retired from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and was a member of Hollins Road Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, Carol Sexton and husband James of Roanoke; Helen Buck and husband Bruce of Vinton; Debbie Young and husband Timmy; Joe Williams, Jr. and wife Jolynne all of Roanoke; grandchildren, Michele Stafford and husband Rick; Kristie Broughman and husband Jason; Brandon Young and wife Megan; Heather Creasy and husband James; Dustin Williamson, and Makenzie Williamson; great grandchildren, Harrison Toney; Autumn Broughman; Peyton Creasy; Easton Stafford; Lucas Young; and Nolan "NoNo" Creasy; brother, Fred Doran and wife Berniece of Salem. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2011 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by the Rev. Mark Washington and the Rev. Charles Doyle. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
