My husband, Roger, and I were so very sad to read about your Mom. We live below her on Capulet Ct. We used to see her when we walked the dogs as Snicky always let her know there were other doxies around! The last couple of years we have been looking after our parents and have not been up that way. It was always comforting to us, though, to know we had a friend up the street. She was so so sweet and loved the little dogs, and adored you all. I did not know her well but that came through loud and clear. I am truly sorry. Please let us know what help we can be to you. Sincerely, Brenda Peters

There are not enough words to describe Luella - compassion, love, laughter, caring to name a few. Even though our paths took separate avenues - I will always remember our childhood days, our two girls being born months apart and our recent talk of being 50. Her laughter I will always here. Mom, Ashleigh and I send our love and prayers now and in the days ahead. Our love to each of you!

I met Luella when I first started to work at NS and even though we didn't work in the same department she made me feel right at home with her warm smile and outgoing personality. Whenever I saw her she always had a smile on her face and kind words to say. I will miss seeing her smiling face at work. My thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family.

I just posted this picture of Luella which represents my thoughts and memories of her. When I think of Luella, I think of happiness and love. She always had a smile on her face...just like she does in the picture. She had a way of making everyone feel happy just by being in the same room with her. She loved her daughters and granddaughter and always beamed when she spoke of them...notice her glowing smile in this picture with her granddaughter. Luella always went out of her way to show her love for everyone....especially her family and she was such an easy person to love. Luella will be missed by so many and will always have such a special place in the hearts of everyone that knew her.

My heart felt sympathy goes out to Luella's family. I first met her when we were in the 9th grade I was the new kid and very lonely and this girl in science class asked me to set with her. I was so relieved to make a friend and she was blessed with the gift of laughter and I love to laugh. A life long friendship was born. After we graduated we went our separate ways. But through the years the "fab five" managed to get together to laugh and reminisce We were together just the week before Christmas and as always our jaws hurt from laughing and I shared with her how much it meant to me in 9th grade when she asked me to set with her. As she left she said Love ya Girl! back at you girl! My heart is sad but I no doubt heaven is filled with laughter now that she is there. Until we meet again love ya Tammy!
