Iris Marie Davis 52, of Roanoke went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2010. She was preceded in death by her father, Lynwood "Tad" Davis and step father Marvin Wright.
Iris was employed by Source 4 Intergrated Business and had a lifelong love for animals (especially rabbits) and lighthouses.
Iris is survived by the love of her life, Steven Davis; mother Anita Wright; daughter, Teresa Davis; aunt Sue Wright, cousin, Larry Wright and a long time friend Delores Thompson. Also left to cherish her memory are other aunts, uncles, cousins, step siblings plus many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Roanoke Wildlife Rescue or a charity of your choice in her name.
A service celebrating her life will be held at 4:00pm Saturday, November 13, 2010 in Simpson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Leonard Pugh Officiating.
