Beulah Lorene Wood Shell 89 born February 28,1921 went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 10, 2010. She was the widow of Carl Grant Shell, Sr. and was also preceded by two sons, Woody C. and James Roger Shell; granddaughter, Annette Marie Bosco; grandson, David Scott Shell; five brothers and two sisters.
Surviving are her son, Carl Grant "Buck" Shell, Jr. and wife Patricia; daughters, June Annette Johnson and husband, Roger; Joyce "Sandy" Shell Funk and husband Thomas; two sisters, Nancy Duncan and Judy Wood; daughter-in-law, Virginia Shell; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
Friends may visit with the family Sunday September 12, 2010 from 6-8pm and Monday September 13, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Simpson Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Tuesday September 14, 2010 at the funeral home with Rev. Edward Pope officiating. Arrangements handled by Simpson Funeral Home and Crematory, 366-0707.
