Shelby Jean Owens, 75, of Roanoke, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014. Shelby was preceded in death by her parents Eugene Woodrow Stanley and Elsie Lois Stanley. Surviving is her husband Joe Owens; children Cindy Foster, Terry Hostutler, Richard Owens, and Woody Owens; grandchildren Ashley Als, Victoria Owens, Devin Owens, and Dylan Owens; great-grandchildren Adler Als, and Liara Als; brother Kenneth Wayne Stanley.
