Harold P. Payne, 78, of Vinton, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014. Harold was preceded in death by his former wife, Juanita C. Payne and other family. He was a dedicated member of the I B E W Local #26, the Masonic Lodge and the Kazim Shrine Temple.
Harold is survived by his children, Priscilla Worell and husband, Larry; Jessie Harmon and wife, Mary; Debbie Farmer and husband, Ronnie ; Tina O'Mara ; Eddie Payne and wife, Terri and Gary Payne; as well, as his loving brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm on Wednesday, August 13 at Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road, Roanoke. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home (540) 366-0707
