Brenda Wright Pettus, 66, of Elliston, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, August 7, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Pettus. Brenda is survived by her mother Hilda Wright; daughter Rhonda Settles & husband James; Grandchildren, Reba Settles, and DJ Settles & girlfriend Malinda Ardickey; great-grandson, Justin Settles. A memorial service will be held Friday, August 15, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Elliston Church of God. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. (540) 366-0707.
