Rita Ann Holden 68 of Roanoke went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday July 22, 2014 at home with her loving son and his partner, Erik Gregory, by her side. Her infant daughter, and parents, Mary H. Moore and John D. Bowery, preceded Ms. Holden.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, a daughter, Shannon McDougal; and son, David Holden; two grandsons, Hunter Gregory and Cole Gregory; brother, Keith Bowery, and sister, Dawn Herman.
Family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Alice Inouye and Nurse Kelly Buccola and the volunteers and staff at Good Samaritan Hospice for all their wonderful care and support for their mother, grandmother.
A graveside service celebrating her life will be held in the Glenwood Cemetery in Bristol, TN. The time and date is to be determined and will be announced.
