Matthew Steven Goad, our beloved son, 30, of Roanoke, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2014. He was preceded in death by his sister, Laura Justine Goad; his Aunt, Carolyn Haymore; grandparents, Willard C & Barbara Goad; grandfathers, Gerald L. Lamb Sr. and George D. Scott. He is survived by his parents Steve & Sandra Lamb Goad; grandmother Deloris Scott. He also leaves behind beloved uncles, Aunts, and Cousins. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Angels of Assisi 415 Campbell Ave SW Roanoke Virginia 24016. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 5, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home & Crematory. (540) 366-0707.
