Phyllis Skinner Hall, 81 of Roanoke passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and her husband A. D. Hall. Phyllis retired after thirty plus years of service with ITT. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Surviving are her son, Al Hall and a cousin, Louise Goolsby. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to a charity of the donor's choice. A gathering of friends and family is scheduled from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2014 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road. 366-0707
