Glenn Vernon Craig, 58, of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024.  Glenn was a 1983 graduate of Northside High School and was employed at Keltech for the last 22 years.  He was member of the Melrose Masonic Lodge.

Surviving is his loving wife of 26 years, Marlene Kelly Craig; sons, Justin and Bradley Craig; parents, George and Jo Anne Craig; sisters, Carolyn (Gene) Edelstein, Peggy (Ray) Goens, and twin sister, Glenda (Mark) Matthes; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Butch and Betty Kelly; sisters-in-law, Lisa Izes (Craig), Rachel (Chris) Ulrey; brother-in-law, Patrick Kelly; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

The family would like to offer a very special thank you to the staff at Carilion Hospice, their Kelteck family, and their family at Crystal Spring Elementary School, for their support and many acts of kindness and compassion.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to the Shriners Children’s Hospitals 2900 Rocky Point Drive Tampa Florida  33607.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2024 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Pastor David Derrick.  Masonic rites will be presented by Melrose Masonic Lodge # 139 AF & AM.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home.  (540) 366-0707
