Emma E. Matheny of Roanoke went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ Friday, December 23, 2011. Surviving are her husband, John Robert Matheny, one son, four daughters, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2011 in Evergreen Burial Park. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home. 366-0707
