Earl L. Poff, 89, widower of Ellen Marie Barnett Poff, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 11, 2024. He was the son of the late Oliver and Sarah Richards Poff. He was also preceded in death by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
He will be missed and remembered by his daughters, Patti Marie Brophy (Mike), Julie Beth Masters (Greg); son, John Eric Poff; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brothers, Charles Poff and Harry Poff; sister, Carol Poff Laprad.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 in the Chapel of Simpson Funeral Home, 5160 Peters Creek Road. Interment will follow at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
