Obituary of Frank Otey Hogan, Jr.

Frank Otey Hogan, Jr., 90, passed away on Monday, November 20, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife Mary Louise Hogan, the “Love of His Life”. They were married on February 16, 1957.

Survivors also include sons, Tony Lee Hogan, wife Linda, Ricky Wayne Hogan, wife Kathy; grandson, Maxx Hogan, wife Malinda; great-grandson, Andrew Hogan; other family and friends.

He proudly served in United States Army in Korea, during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of DAV Chapter 3, also a member of American Legion Post 3. He had been a volunteer at the VAMC for a number of years. Entombment will be in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery in Dublin, VA. A Celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
