Debra Twigg Bourne, 66, of Salem, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Bourne; daughter, Bonne Bourne; and her parents, Ray and Betty Twigg.
Debra is survived her daughter, Stephanie Arnold (Derek). She will be cremated, and the family will have a Memorial Service at a later date.
