He studied the bible with my brothers. When he'd come by to pick them up for service, Wally liked to hang donuts in our cultisac. He was a fun guy.

Wally lived his life as a true follower of our King Christ Jesus! A brother I hope to have as a companion forever in paradise! He was always a positive and loving person. I’m sure he is one who Jehovah is going to enjoy restoring life and staying His good friend too! A brother we all will miss for a short time. Kenny Neill

Wally’s voice I can never forgot. His calls just to say, “I’m thinking about you kid.” The deep discussions or just sharing about our informal witnessing experiences. Appreciate all the effort he give toward my family throughout the hard times. Giving the talk at my wedding. He had a big old heart. Told you as it was with a big smile and a laugh. Look forward to seeing Wally and Virginia again in Paradise. And hearing his voice again. Big hugs to the whole family.

Wally gave the best hugs. A Wally Hug was a greeting, a show of love, comfort, support, strength, and a balm for the heart when needed. I always appreciated the random calls to see how I was. The encouraging words and thoughts when my answer was anything less than doing great. He reminded me what still having a father would be like. I was always amazed how much he cared and worried over his friends from long ago, over our families, the friends locally and worldwide. His capacity to care was amazingly great and he was going to show it the best way he possibly could. A pillar of the family. A shining star in the congregation. A loss that will be dearly felt until we are reunited again

I am thinking of you as you celebrate Wally's beautiful life. He will live on in your hearts.
I remember my fun times working with Wally when we were doing Roofing. We would be cutting up horsing around playing on the roof and throwing nails at each other and Wally would get up and move away from us and shake his head. He took his work seriously.
I also remember him waking me up early early mornings to go with him to play tennis at Wasena Park. He always won.
He always had encouraging words for me.
As I share my condolences to the family I would like to offer any help that I can render. Please let me know. Butch Lynch
