Obituary of Catherine Jane Rakes

Catherine Jane Rakes, 83, of Roanoke, went home to be with her family that predeceased her. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ann Kenney; children George Underwood, Douglas Underwood, and Missy Underwood; siblings, Dick, Bill, Matt, Jackie, Diane, and Barbara.

Catherine is survived by her sister Karen Tostevin; daughter, Robin Underwood; son, Jeff Underwood and wife Belinda, and Tommy Underwood; niece, Abby LaRock; as well as numerous other family members. Catherine was a loving mother and will be missed by many.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Enola, Becky, Kim, Belinda, as well as numerous neighbors for their support and care.
