Barbara was born on June 29, 1941 and passed away peacefully after a long illness on June 25, 2023.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Ruby Garman, and brothers, Robert Garman and Curtis Garman.
She is survived by her son Victor (Vic) Moses and his wife Chris, grandchildren, Brittney (Jon) Hartshorn and Blake Moses, great grandchildren, Henry and Ginny Hartshorn, brothers, Larry (Margaret) Garman and Jerry Garman and sister Aileen (Glenn) Mills.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023 at 6:30 PM at Christian Life International Church at 1 CLI Way, Salem, Va. 24153 in the Prayer Chapel. Family will receive friends and family one hour prior to the service.
