Obituary of Catherine Grace Hedrick

Catherine “Cathy” Grace Hedrick, 67, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. She was born in London, England and was the daughter of Marilyn Wright and the late Alvin R. Hedrick, Jr.

Cathy was a graduate of Montcalm High School Class of 1973 and went on to a successful career in Sales and Marketing. Cathy moved to Roanoke in 1984 and was a member of Our Lady of Nazareth Catholic Church.  She loved to travel and has been all over the world.

She is survived by her mother, Marilyn Wright; brother, Bruce A. Hedrick; nephew, James Hedrick; niece, Mary Hinson; great nieces and nephews, Blake Hedrick, Preston Hinson, Mckenzie Hinson, Kaleesi Hedrick, and Jaxyn Hedrick; step-brothers, Stevan Northcutt and Jeff Northcutt; numerous cousins including, Feleesha Hedrick Moran and Kenny Hedrick; as well as many close friends who loved her dearly.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at Evergreen Burial Park with Msgr. Patrick Golden officiating.
