Obituary of Walton L. Crawford

Walton L. Crawford, 66, of New Castle went home to be with the Lord Thursday, January 19, 2023.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo Crawford and Marie Byrd.

Walton was a life member of Mountain View Christian Church and proudly served in the U S Air Force.

Surviving is his wife of 34 years, Tammy Crawford; sons, Robert E. Crawford, Johnathon R. Crawford (Debra), and Allen E. Crawford (Kayla);  daughter, Angel B. Senter (Robert); grandchildren, Rebekah Crawford, Robert Aiden Crawford, Christopher Mathes, Johnathon Crawford, Jeremiah Crawford, Preston Crawford, Landon Crawford and Verity Senter; brother, Michael Crawford.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023 at  Mountain View Christian Church New Castle, VA.  Interment will follow in Huffman Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends from Noon Saturday until service time at the church.  Arrangements by Simpson Funeral Home.  540-366-0707
