Obituary of Joan R Arbitblit
Joan R. Leboff Arbitblit, 91, of Roanoke passed away peacefully on December 29, 2022 at the Friendship North Health and Rehab Center.
She was born in Roselle, New Jersey to Albert and Mildred (Rashkin) Leboff.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Harvey Arbitblit, her parents and her brother, Jules Leboff.
She leaves behind her daughter, Janis Arbitblit Fugel; her son, Bruce Arbitblit and his wife Nancy; grandchildren, Allison Lawhorn and her husband Raheem, Michael Arbitblit and his wife Alexa; her sister, Sandra and her husband Gary, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Friendship Foundation.
The family would like to thank the staff of Unit 2 South at Friendship North Health and Rehab Center, for their compassionate care and support.
