Billy “Skipper” Wayne Metcalf Jr, 59, of Hardy, went to be with his mother on Thursday, September 29, 2022. He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Metcalf; grandfather, George Bush Sr; and grandmother, Mary Ann Metcalf.
Skip is survived by his daughter, Amber Metcalf (Mark); grandchildren, Dakota Hurst and Jayda Young; brother, David Metcalf; sister, Debbie Wertz; neices, Bessie Metcalf and Michelle Wertz; and nephew, Jason Wertz.
Skip was an avid animal lover and big Mopar guy, who lived a very simple life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Franklin County Humane Society or the Ishan Gala Foundation (Organization for Childhood Cancer).
A Memorial Tree was planted for Billy
