I've known Patrick (as I think he liked to be called) but I called him Pat. He approached me after I moved to Burwell and asked me to be board member. In the later years he and I worked closely on board matters. He had a wealth of knowledge in regard to property manager. He approached matters at a steady pace. He became a close friend because we were both only children and knew the pitfalls that can bring in these later years with no family members. I will sorely miss him and his expertise at Burwell and also our "friend" talks. Miss you greatly my friend.

Pat was one of a kind. I knew him when I was a child and got to know him more in the past couple years, as he was great friends with my dad. Wish there was more time, but as we know, that’s not always how it works. Pat’s genuine, gentle presence will never be forgotten, nor will that twinkle in his eye when he’d make a quick joke. I miss him already, but I know he’s finally visiting his Stars Hollow—Gilmore Girl fans forever! See you again one day. ‘Til then, love you, Pat.
