Marie Louise Bagger Crowder, 82 of Roanoke passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, William L. Crowder, and a son, Victor L. Crowder. Surviving are a son and daughter in law, William A. and Windy Crowder of Roanoke; and numerous close and devoted friends. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Trinity Lutheran Church 4040 Williamson Road Roanoke, Va. 24012. A memorial service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Simpson Funeral Home 5160 Peters Creek Road by Dr. Kenneth Lane. The family will receive friends following the service.
