Obituary of Parson Junior Keen

Parson Junior Keen, 66, of Richlands, Virginia but grew up and spent most of his life in Roanoke, Virginia. Parson was preceded in death by his parents Parson Keen and Josie Keen; sisters Margaret Keen, Jessi Eure; brothers, Paul Keen, Wiley Keen, and Donny Keen; son Michael Keen; as well as his beloved dog Peaches.

He is survived by brother Oris Keen and wife Pauline; sisters Melinda Sykes, Carrie Dell Keen, Shirley Arrington, Sylvia Loretta Withrow, and Wilma Keen. 

Junior was always enjoyed being himself. If he loved you, it was with his whole heart. He loved motorcycles, Daytona Beach, fishing, and even enjoyed mopeds. 

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Junior's name to the RAM House. 

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Simpson Funeral Home Peters Creek Road Chapel. (540)366-0707.
