Obituary of Anita Marlene Whitt Clinebell

Anita Whitt Clinebell, 70, of Roanoke, passed away, Saturday, May 14, 2022. She was preceded in death by her mother Cindy Whitt Northcross; and sisters, Joy Hunley and Michelle Tuggle.

Anita is survived by her husband Carl "Sunny" Clinebell, Jr.; sons Chris Smith and wife Tracie, and Eric Ratcliff and wife Michelle; grandchildren Jake Smith and Erica Ratcliff; great-grandchild, Cody Ratcliff and Aria Ratcliff; brother-in-law’s, Norman Hunley and Richard Clinebell; Special dog, Zippy. 

Anita was a devoted wife and a loving mother. She worked for almost 50 years as an independent mortgage broker with American Financial Inc, and was well respected in the financial field.
