Debbie, Tommy and Pat and family: Words cannot express the pain I am feeling right now for each of you. Many, many prayers have been lifted for you over the past weeks and now for God's peace and comfort as you go through the following days. Mark was one of my favorite people. He could make me laugh even when things weren't that funny but when he laughed it was contagious. And oh how we all loved to hear him read scripture in our class and then ask a question or make a comment about what he had just read. He was kind and considerate to everyone. I considered him a dear friend and I will miss him very much. I know there have been lots of tears shed but God promises to never leave our side and to walk beside us. I pray for His peace for each of you. It's not an easy road but all you need to do is ask God to see you through; to stand beside you; to claim His promises. I love each of you very much.
