Just learned of this today. Tom was such a wonderful man. I've done business with him for the past 10 years, and he was instrumental in helping me open my own law practice 2 years ago. I will miss his visits and our talks about our families, etc. He was more than a salesman; he was a friend.

This makes me so sad to hear, he would always talk about his family as he was writing up our contract. What a sweet sweet man, I am so sorry for the loss of both or your parents and grandparents.

Dear Rine Family.
Our hearts are broken at NesterFroeschl, PLLC. Tom was one of the sweetest men to frequent our firm. Funny, a good businessman, all around class act… Tom will be missed.

Dear Rine Family,
We were so saddened to hear of the loss of Tom and Margaret. We just spoke to Tom a few weeks and it was always so nice to hear his cheerful voice. I am an optometrist in Roanoke, and Tom always handled my phone book account and helped design my website. I switched to his company for my website only because I liked Tom so much. Tom did help me to get an excellent website. He always went well beyond the call of duty to please us. Actually, I saw him so many times to help me with my account that I felt like I was related to him. When I showed him a picture of my daughter, he showed me a picture of his wonderful family and how proud he was of them. We will really miss him.
Sincerely,
Karl Saliba, OD

Tom and I spent our childhood together playing pickup baseball and basketball as part of "the Lane gang' at Edgington Lane, Wheeling. I have the fondest memories of getting up early on Saturday to round up the other guys in the neighborhood to play. Sometimes we had to play baseball with 3 of us - not easy! RIP, Tom.

We were so sorry to hear of your Moms passing. She was our 2 oldest childrens preschool teacher at Pleasant Valley preschool here in Wheeling. We had so much respect and admiration for her, and when we were expecting our third child we immediately got got the list to have her as our teacher for him also. She was so popular! But, she ended up moving before he could attend her school. We were devastated! Mrs Rine was always a kind and compassionate person, and we always remembered her fondly over the years. Not everyone can make such an impact on people but she was just one of those special people. Thank you Mrs Rine for all the wonderful memories. You have a special place in our hearts. God Bless from Joe and Carmel Safcsak, Wheeling WV

Maggie and I were best friends while students at Bridge Street School and Triadelphia High School. We both grew up on Stone Church Road. Maggie lived way out the ridge. She was amongst the first to get on and always grabbed the rear seat saving a place for me. We started everyday together for 6 years. She was the Cheerleader and I was the football player. Best friends….never dated. Tom and I played opposite each other everyday on basketball practice. Rest In Peace old friends.
